Saint Catherine of Sweden (also known as Catherine of Vadstena or Katarina Ulfsdotter) was a 14th century Swedish noblewoman and religious leader who is honored as a saint in the Roman Catholic Church and the Church of Sweden. She was the daughter of Saint Bridget of Sweden, one of Europe's most famous medieval saints.

She accompanied her mother, St. Bridget, to Rome and later on pilgrimage to the Holy Land.
After her mother's death, Catherine returned to Sweden and became head of the monastery at Vadstena Abbey, the center of the Bridgettine Order founded by St. Bridget.[
She worked to promote her mother's canonization and helped secure papal approval for the Bridgettine Order.
